Renovating Relationships - Spring Retreat 2015
The ladies of Colonial spent Friday evening and Saturday morning, March 20-21, at the Holiday Inn & Suites Gateway in Williamsburg, VA studying the book of Ephesians together. The focus was on seeking deeper, purposeful relationships among the body of Christ. Our speaker was Kerry Messer, one of our own members, who challenged the ladies of Colonial to pursue one person for the purpose of edifying and building each other up in our walk with the Lord.

The ladies of Colonial participated in a challenging event bringing individual ladies together in groups for the purpose of edification and ministry. This event took place Friday, October 25, 2014.
Don't Fall Apart - 2013
The ladies of Colonial and their guests enjoyed an evening of simple holiday crafts and demonstrations, scrumptious fall desserts, an encouraging message and great fellowship. This event took place Friday, October 25, 2013.

Connected Café
Connected Cafe was a time for the ladies of Colonial to connect with our missionaries while they were in town for the missions conference. We shared cups of coffee, cupcakes, and prayer requests and we built friendships with our partners in the gospel. The event took place Sunday, March 24th from 3-4:30pm.

Williamsburg Ladies' Retreat
The Williamsburg Ladies Retreat took place March 1-2, 2013. The ladies of Colonial stayed at the Embassy Suites Williamsburg and the conference sessions were held at Waller Mill Bible Church nearby.
Our Speaker was Janiece Robinson and the theme was "Where Is Your God" taken from Psalm 42.
The 12 Tastes of Christmas - 2012
"The 12 Tastes of Christmas" was Saturday, December 1, 9:00am to 11:30am. We enjoyed a casual morning playing games, and sharing and sampling holiday recipes. We heard a simple and strong presentation of the gospel from Kerry Messer. Many ladies invited friends and neighbors from the community.
Christmas At Home 2011
We had a wonderful ladies event Saturday, December 3rd from 9 to 12. It was a morning of Christmas festivities, memories, and traditions. Brunch was served along with a gospel centered devotional. Our goal was to reach out into our community and share the light of the gospel this Christmas season.

The gym was transformed into a Colonial Getaway complete with a Colonial House replica on the back wall. Tables were set and decorated by several ladies, 27 to be exact, with Christmas themes. We were given several simple craft ideas. Many of the ladies brought friends and family to the event. A gospel centered challenge was given by Martha Davey. All left reflecting on the gospel and armed with ideas to begin the Christmas season.
